TW FALL Production: Jeeves at Sea NOV 18, 19, 25, 26 at 7pm and NOV 27 at 2pm

This delightful romp aboard ship in 1920s Monte Carlo is the perfect recipe for a delightful evening of comedy at the theatre!

Set sail for laughter as Bertie Wooster revels in life aboard the Vanderley yacht! In the blink of an eye, Bertie i

s masquerading as a romance novelist, Crumpet is posing as his own long-lost twin, and a sinister foreign Count is challenging Bertie to a duel. Will this madcap case of mistaken identities end in Bertie's doom -- or worse, his marriage? Have no fear, Jeeves will sort it all out. Jeeves at Sea was written by P.G. Wodehouse, an English author who was one of the most widely read humorists of the 20th century. His creations include the feather-brained Bertie Wooster and his sagacious valet, Jeeves; the immaculate and loquacious Psmith (the "P" is silent); Lord Emsworth and the Blandings Castle set; and Mr Mulliner, with tall tales on subjects ranging from bibulous bishops to megalomaniac movie moguls. For a taste of the silliness that's to come, watch Jeeves and Wooster starring Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry on Youtube.com! Tonight's play was adapted for the stage by Margaret Raether and is directed by Claude Laroche. Jeeves (aka Jim Potter) recently handed out life savers at the first Musical Monday of the season at Fairbairn House! With considerable aplomb, he suggested that his preference was for the green ones!
