Bowser & Blue, October 2013

Theatre Wakefield is very pleased to be hosting Bowser & Blue at 7:30 PM this Saturday, October 19th at the Wakefield Community Centre. Come and let off some steam with a good belly laugh about the strangeness of life in Quebec and Canada courtesy of the masters of musical satire.

George Bowser and Rick Blue have written and performed in many theatre productions, including “The 25th Century Belongs to Canada,” and “The Four Anglos of the Apocalypse” – a comic perspective on the last 40 years of politics in Quebec. They have appeared frequently at the Just for Laughs comedy festival. Colorectal surgeons around the world are familiar with their song “Working Where the Sun Don’t Shine”, first broadcast on CBC’s Madly Off in All Directions.

Tickets are $20 and available online from (no extra fees) or in-person at Jamboree, Wakefield Express, and the Wakefield Centre.
